Calderon Law Firm, a leading personal injury law firm in Houston, Texas, is looking for a talented Case Manager to join our dedicated team.

About Us:

At Calderon Law Firm, we are committed to delivering the highest level of service to our clients. Our team is passionate about personal injury law and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and attention throughout their legal journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client intake and ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Coordinate and manage client medical treatment plans
  • Send Letters of Representation (LORs) and Letters of Protection (LOPs)
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns
  • Gather and organize client medical records and documentation
  • Liaise with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the case
  • Prepare case files for attorney review and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation and management
  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments, medical treatments, and other necessary meetings
  • Provide compassionate support and guidance to clients throughout their case

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Case Manager in a personal injury law firm
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
