Sales - New Business

  • Actively engage in areas of the market which could potentially provide new sales leads and generate increased revenue.
  • Identify prospective clients, establish, and develop relationships aligned with sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development Team to ensure expertise within Kormax is coordinated to enable the best outcome for each prospect.
  • Research, identify, and evaluate new projects where the company could provide a solution from existing or new products in order to demonstrate the company's ability to innovate in order to meet sales objectives.
  • Provide feedback to the Sales Director on new projects or relationship developments.
Sales - Existing Business
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and GP levels of Customer Accounts assigned
  • Provide sound technical advice to customers developing trust in the working relationship.
  • Provide feedback to Sales Director on market trends, national standard, and compliance development.
  • Collaborate and share ideas and concepts which will further develop relationships, and implement in a coordinated approach if approved by Sales Director.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related activities to achieve results.
  • Support team members and provide backup to colleagues to reduce bottlenecks in workflow and reduce customer impact.
Customer Service and Support
  • Liaise with the customer service and supply chain teams, and provide feedback or clarification on orders as required.
  • Actively respond to all customer communication, elevating customer issues to the Sales Director where needed to achieve the best outcome for the clients and Kormax.
  • Provide backup to the customer service team as and when required.
