Maxim Healthcare in Crystal River is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.
Experience with trach or willingness to skill advance is required.
- Night shifts available from 7p-7a or 9p-7a
- Nights available Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Provide skilled nursing care/services based on prescribed orders
- Recognize signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient
- Collect, analyze, and interpret health data from members of the healthcare team
Requirements:
- Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Up-to-date TB or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS certification
