THIS POSITION REQUIRES A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE WITH 3 DAYS ONSITE AND 2 DAYS REMOTE.

Day to Day includes but is not limited to:

  • Provide office support functions such as answering the phone, distributing mail, maintaining calendars, document scanning, coordinating meetings, and reserving conference rooms.
  • Recommend solutions to ensure efficiency of operations and facilitate improvement.
  • nalyze and research information to conduct fact-finding and recommend solutions.
  • Inform management on specific requests related to immediate problems of limited scope.
  • Work with higher graded specialists to provide advisory and support services for multiple organizations across the Agency.
  • Research and or analyze legislative, regulatory and Agency policy guidance around recruitment and placement.
  • Participate in projects that contribute to innovation, standardization and or streamline Human Resource Services.
  • Interpret established and pertinent regulations and organizational policies, management principles, administrative rules, and staffing guidelines.
  • Perform a variety of personnel support services and offer advice and assistance.
  • Draft correspondence, recommendations, reports, and memoranda to support administrative programs.
Required Qualifications:
  • minimum of 1-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the Client-11 Federal grade level performing duties of an HR Administrative Support.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidelines and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with federal human resources systems such as National Finance Center PMSO, Empower etc.
  • ctive Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.
