In this position, you will collaborate with the rest of the content marketing team to create and publish collateral promoting Lucid and its products.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about writing, marketing, and technology and is a true team player.
Responsibilities

Create a variety of content, including but not limited to blog posts, emails, white papers, e-books, web copy, social media posts, and sales collateral.

This content will support various initiatives, including demand generation, nurture flows, brand awareness, thought leadership, search engine optimization (SEO), and more.

Interview and gather information from subject matter experts to inform content.
Review content from teams across Lucid.
Develop a deep understanding of Lucid products to understand how to attract and retain new customers effectively.
Act as a strategic partner with other marketing teams and provide content marketing expertise to solve key business problems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or another relevant field, with strong academic performance
3+ years of copywriting or digital content creation experience
Passion for working with subject matter experts to produce original, high-quality content
Strong researching, writing, and copy-editing skills
Ability to prioritize and organize a number of concurrent projects
A basic understanding of Lucidchart and Lucidspark, with a strong desire to learn more
Quick, enthusiastic learner
Ability to problem-solve and take initiative with minimal guidance
A positive attitude about receiving and incorporating feedback
Familiarity with major style guides (i.e., AP Style, Chicago Manual)
Preferred qualifications
At least one year of writing for tech, B2B, and/or SaaS preferred
Experience with customizing content for technical personas (e.g., engineering, IT) and/or regulated verticals (e.g., public sector, finance)
Experience working with a content management system (e.g., Drupal, WordPress)
