We are seeking a dedicated Health Coach to join our team.

As a Health Coach, you will play a vital role in promoting healthy lifestyles and assisting individuals in achieving their wellness goals.

Job Description Highlights:

• Assisting our clients with understanding the Invisa-RED's noninvasive Laser

weight loss, body contouring, cellulite elimination, stretch mark fading and

skin tightening services.

• Conducting face to face consultations
• Performing Invisa-RED treatments
• Presenting plan of action to reach their health and wellness goals.
• Assisting our clients with nutrition products instructions
• Presenting financial plan of care

What is Invisa-RED laser technology?
Invisa-RED is the industry leader for non-invasive body contouring devices and

services. The class 3B laser have been placed in over 1,000 offices nationwide with

more than 250,000 procedures completed. Invisa-RED's cutting-edge technology,

specialization and experience allow us to deliver life changing results as well as

amazing client feedback.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Meet with new and existing clients to determine realistic goals, matching

the appropriate treatment plans with our non-surgical body contouring

solutions.

• Introduce and review nutritional instruction that compliments their care to

ensure the best results.

• Provide value and educate our clients regarding our approach, the

treatments, and our processes, including all documentation and

financing/payment options available.

• Facetoface financial consultations
• Manage the appropriate follow up with the client to ensure a great

experience leading up to and through treatments.

• Maintain and develop a client pipeline and regularly follow up with

prospective clients who did not move forward in their initial consultation.

• Performing treatments as a certified Invisa-RED Technician

Skills:_

• This role will require a highly motivated individual with strong negotiation

and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections in a face-to-face

consultative environment.

• Is a quick study: can immediately build rapport, assess the client's needs,

and create a sense of urgency to drive action.

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills that builds effective working

relationships with clients and other team members.

• Must be a selfstarter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed

targets to reap financial reward.

• Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under

pressure.

• Must be highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to prioritize

competing tasks.

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

- medical assisting: 1 year (required)

- kinesiology: 1 year (required)
