  • Performs all computed Tomography procedures based on departmental protocols
  • Successfully manages procedure volume in line with patient load
  • Ensures accurate patient information and technical settings are input before scanning
  • Administers contrast media following guidelines
  • Conducts venipuncture using sterile technique when necessary
  • Completes required patient documentation
  • Demonstrates proficiency in cross-sectional anatomy
  • Processes, records, and archives images for evaluation
  • Films all cases promptly as per radiologists' requirements
  • Sends image data to PACS systems
  • Executes all tasks related to CT examinations adhering to department and hospital policies
  • Undertakes non-routine duties when assigned
  • Maintains work area and equipment, including restocking and proper kit supply
  • Assists in patient movement and uses restraint devices when needed
  • Performs RIS transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensures equipment maintenance and reports malfunctions
  • Practices radiation protection according to safety standards
  • Communicates effectively with hospital staff and physicians
  • Participates in on-call coverage for 24-hour service
  • Displays flexibility in working schedules
  • Demonstrates competency in performing procedures for all age groups
