A Regional Sales Manager is accountable for achieving the regional sales and profitability goals for his/her specific territory. Along with this, the RSM must also combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.

Ultimately, the RSM ensures that the region meets and exceeds expectations of TP-Link business objectives and contribute to our company's success in the long run.


WHAT YOUR FUTURE LOOKS LIKE:

  • Achieve the Region's Revenue and profitability for TP-Link Products as they are sold into all TP-Link B2B Channel within Region. Established an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
  • Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
  • Efficiently manages the regionals multiple relationships, while working in conjunction with the other TP-Link business teams and TP-Link Partner Program, to ensure attention and growth with focus accounts.
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identifying trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
  • Special Projects as assigned
