Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to expense guidelines, company policies, and regulations.
  • Develop and execute maintenance programs for optimal system performance and longevity.
  • Supervise general maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building upkeep.
  • Provide training and ongoing education for engineering staff to foster a positive work environment.
  • Enforce safety protocols and contribute to budget planning for utility and maintenance expenses.
  • Review and approve engineering invoices and manage personnel time sheets.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to maintenance and utility usage.
  • Monitor energy consumption data to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in managing mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems in commercial settings.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in PC-based business software, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Possess necessary trade licenses mandated by local authorities.
