Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience of 10 plus years in procurement leadership roles, with a focus on integrations, Greenfield, New range extensions and digital procurement.

Strong understanding of procurement best practices, market dynamics, and emerging trends in specialized products and digital procurement.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive change, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in procurement technology and digital tools, such as eProcurement platforms, spend analytics software, and contract management systems
