YOUR DAY AS A HOME CARE MANAGER:
As a Home Care Manager, your responsibilities encompass strategic oversight and compassionate leadership. TO SUCCEED, YOU WILL NEED:
- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks
- Some college
- Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities
