Rattach Gwenael, Responsable du service maintenance du site de Montifaut, vous organisez avec efficience (Planning, budget, projets) l'activit de l'quipe maintenance.
Vous aurez sous votre responsabilit une quipe de 4 techniciens de maintenance, o votre rle de manager sera essentiel pour le bon fonctionnement du service.
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
Organisation / Gestion :
- Coordonner, en relais du responsable de maintenance et de production, les interventions de maintenance.
- Contribuer vhiculer l'information, et participer l'animation et la gestion du personnel du secteur.
- Repre les anomalies de fonctionnement, organise les actions correctives ;
- Adapte et rajuste les moyens en fonction des alas (urgences, changements de programme, pannes, absences de personnel Apprcie l'urgent et l'important.
- Dfini un plan de prventif.
- Suiviet analyse des indicateurs de performance (BI, GMAO, MES, ).
Techniques :
- Assurer des interventions spcialises et notamment :
- Raliser des tudes techniques, notamment dans le cadre d'amlioration de matriels, assurer le suivi des dossiers ;
- Proposer des amliorations (utilisation et maintenance des quipements, process, scurit...) ;
- Peut tre amen raliser le suivi de travaux neufs, et celui des sous-traitants, par dlgation de son responsable ;
- Participer au suivi des informations et des indicateurs. Respecter les consignes (scurit, gamme opratoire ...)
- Intervient en soutien des quipes chaque fois que ncessaire.

Poste enjourne, avec astreintes par roulement et quelques samedis travaills.
Lieu du poste :Pouzauges (85).
