Sales Coordinator

In this role, you will perform administrative tasks to support the Sales Team in the local office. Sales Coordinators play a crucial role by providing necessary resources and materials, answering basic customer inquiries, and scheduling meetings.

Experience and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of administrative or sales experience
  • Experience in restoration, insurance, or construction is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets, internet, CRM programs, and smartphones
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
  • Professional appearance and demeanor for a positive company image
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, team environment
Physical Requirements

  • Occasional lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted (up to 15% of the time)
  • Prolonged periods of sitting
  • Manual dexterity for keyboard tasks
  • Flexibility to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary

Duties

  • Plan and organize sales and marketing events
  • Assist the sales team and office management in creating marketing campaigns
