Role Description


The Benefits Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with administering employee benefits, including but not limited to: U.S.

Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), COBRA, 403b, Workers Compensation and insurance. This is a full-time on-site role located in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Benefits Administration
Expert knowledge of U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and COBRA
Strong understanding of employee benefits and insurance
Strong understanding and working knowledge of Workers Compensation
Previous experience administering 403b
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required
Experience working in a healthcare setting or nonprofit organization is a plus
