Job Description

  • Immediate start
  • Full-Time position
  • Open to experienced RBT with school background
  • Two available positions
  • Serve 3-4 students with complex needs
  • Focused on IEPs, Evaluations, and Assessments
  • Effective communication with Teachers, Psychologists, Families, etc.
  • Supervision of student treatments and staff


Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in Education/Special Education required
  • BCBA National Certification
  • Successful completion of drug and background screening


Interview Process

  • Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • Followed by a 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with the school district
  • Offer typically extended within 24 hours post-interview
