  • Provide administrative assistance to the team as needed, which includes data entry, typing, and general tasks
  • Support safety class registration, safety meeting preparation, and new hire safety orientations
  • Deliver worker training on safety regulations, hazardous conditions, equipment use, material handling, and PPE
  • Conduct housekeeping inspections and safety audits, focusing on hazard recognition and OSHA compliance
  • Report inspection findings to site supervision, suggest solutions, and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate task hazard analysis and job hazard analysis for projects, identifying safety needs and providing training
  • Assist with managing open claims and maintain safety paperwork accurately
  • Participate in accident review meetings and conduct new hire safety training as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of construction safety experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail required
