We are hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to lead in the growth of our B2B and B2C marketing efforts for NextMove by Cintra.

In this role you will use a combination of strategic, quantitative, written, and creative skills to deliver impactful marketing milestones with internal business leaders and outside agency partners.

This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and will play an integral role in pioneering digital solutions in the mobility industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead B2C customer acquisition strategy and implementation for mobile toll payment app, NextPass
Build strategy for the customer journey utilizing our CRM tool (Iterable) for customer segmentation and nurture campaigns (email/push).
Partner with Business Development to build B2B pipeline and increase demand generation for NextMove.

Plan and execute campaigns that support all acquisition efforts on owned, paid, and earned media channels (Google, Apple Ads, Meta).

Develop and execute SEO and ASO campaigns to amplify brand awareness and meet KPI goals.
Help manage elements of the marketing strategy, including research, budget, planning, and execution of promotional and educational campaigns.
Oversee production of marketing collateral and public relations materials such as, but not limited to, press releases, e-blasts, inserts, newsletters, brochures, fliers, fact sheets, calendars, and maps
Manage and implement social media marketing strategy and metrics.

Develop, manage, and maintain social media content and platforms, as well as recap insights and results ) Leverage and manager analytical tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, etc.) to help improve marketing efforts across all marketing campaigns.

Prepare monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
Responsible for curation of marketing and communications materials and libraries
Manage the contractual relationship with the marketing suppliers, vendors, and agencies
Monitor and update contents for the companies' websites
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

Education & Experience:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
7-10+ years of exposure to marketing strategy, social media management, internet advertising and ad-spend.

Professional Qualities:

Sound knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures used in public relations, marketing, and strategic communications with multiple stakeholders
Expert verbal and written communication skills; including the ability to communicate effectively with audiences of varied responsibility and quantitative understanding
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communications skills, with AP style familiarity, are required
Enjoys problem solving and working with data
Willingness to learn how to navigate the technical tools required to manage marketing operations
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly is required
Ability to organize and execute multiple projects, and pay close to attention to details
Displays imagination and originality in their work; consistently raises new ideas; questions the status quo

Computer Skills:

Experience with CRM tools for email marketing campaigns
Experience with social media platforms, monitoring, and measurement tools
Experience with website management and content development
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
