Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations on the job site
  • Review and interpret project contracts to ensure adherence to terms and conditions
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and punch lists
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimating, tracking expenses, and approving invoices
  • Utilize construction management software (such as ProCore or Primavera) to track project progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Familiarity with construction management software (ProCore, Primavera, Bluebeam)
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management principles in construction projects
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment

$1, $2,000.00 per week
