As a leading brand in the sweetener industry, Splenda offers a variety of products that cater to consumers looking to enjoy their food and beverages without the guilt of extra calories or sugars.

Healthcare professionals play a crucial role in encouraging consumers to switch to zero-calorie sweeteners like Splenda. Therefore, as the Associate Manager, you will focus on creating marketing and educational campaigns targeted towards these professionals. Additionally, you will be involved in expanding partnerships and educating on relevant health topics such as obesity.

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams within the organization, work closely with vendors supporting the Splenda brand, and engage with key health associations like AND, ADCES, AAFP, AANP, ADA, JDRF, CWD, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and educational content for Healthcare Professionals.
  • Coordinate the Splenda HCP Sample Toolkit program.
  • Promote educational presentations for HCPs.
  • Collaborate with professional organizations for conferences.
  • Manage communications on the HCP website.
  • Lead the development of HCP metrics scorecard.
  • Support consumer health messaging and content development.
  • Provide internal education on health, nutrition, and diabetes topics.
  • Other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in relevant field.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced and innovative work environment.
  • Demonstrate a solution-focused and collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for promoting the Splenda brand and its mission.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare or consumer goods industry.
  • Located at Heartland Corporate Headquarters in Carmel, Indiana.
  • Travel required periodically.

Physical Demands:

  • Extended periods of sitting and computer interaction.
  • Visual acuity for documentation.
  • Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends.
