Job Description

Join us as a Sales Associate at Centerbase and play a key role in expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities within specific customer segments, nurturing relationships, and educating potential clients about the benefits of our platform. Collaborating closely with the Account Executive team, you will drive sales strategies, conduct thorough discovery processes, and address customer concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Establish new connections and generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, social media, and email marketing.
  • Understand clients' challenges and demonstrate how Centerbase can address their needs effectively.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to qualify leads and support Account Executives.
  • Ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads to the sales team.
  • Work in tandem with Account Executives and Presales Engineers.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales.
  • Preferred background in SaaS environments.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a bonus.
  • Ability to handle objections and navigate sales situations effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and autonomy.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Background in legal or legal tech is advantageous.

This role does not involve full-cycle sales.
