Are you ready to join Publicis Groupe, a prominent multinational advertising and public relations holding company, as a California Payroll Specialist? In this role, you will support payroll processing for assigned Agencies under the Publicis Groupe umbrella.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Calculate, audit, and submit payrolls for around 1,200 employees accurately and timely. Experience with time tracking tools like ADP eTime is a plus.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with California labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements. Participate in audits to maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate payroll records securely.
- Customer Service: Act as the California payroll subject matter expert, providing excellent service to employees.
- Payroll Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports to track expenses and ensure accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance payroll administration procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience processing multi-entity California payrolls for over 1,000 employees, using ADP eTime and ADP EV5 or EV6.
- Proficient in payroll software systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and communication abilities.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
