Requirements

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Provide leadership and direct management for AdaptX's Engineering teams
  • Attract, recruit, develop, and retain top technical talent
  • Deeply understand AdaptX's technology strategy, and translate it into business results
  • Collaborate closely with key AdaptX leaders to inform and direct AdaptX's product roadmap
  • Ensure that AdaptX's product strategy is realized through excellence in execution, bringing solutions to market on time and on budget
  • Deeply understand AdaptX's customers and users
  • Empower and support AdaptX's Engineering teams to deliver high-quality features reflecting internal and customer needs
  • Collaborate with other teams across the organization to drive business outcomes
Key Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex startup environment
  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of progressive technical leadership experience or related experience
  • Demonstrated success managing software engineering teams and software development processes
  • Strong organizational leadership skills
  • Experience recruiting top engineering talent
  • Previous working experience in software design and developing customer-orientated platforms
  • Current and working knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Experience with team growth and change management
  • Ability to communicate (verbally, and in writing) in a clear and concise manner
  • Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve
  • Strong detail-orientation, with the curiosity and agility needed to support a fast-growing business
