Required Skills & Experience:
- Completion of an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree related to computers or 1-2 years of experience in Helpdesk/technical support
- Demonstrated strong customer service capabilities
- Foundational understanding of PC hardware and Windows operating systems
- Basic troubleshooting proficiency
- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and systems
Compensation:
$18-20 per hour
Compensation may differ based on factors like skills, experience, and educational background. Employee benefits, encompassing medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, DCFSA accounts, and 401k retirement savings with matching contributions, will commence on the 31st day of employment. Additional perks include paid sick leave and other time off in compliance with applicable regulations.
