Job Description: Blazer Jobs, in partnership with the local school district, is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position during the school year in Daly City, CA. If you are passionate about helping students improve their communication skills and succeed academically, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
  • Stay current on best practices and participate in professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • California State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working in a school setting is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
