Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator to oversee and optimize our IAM operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM technologies, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for automation and process improvement.

This role involves managing day-to-day IAM tasks, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Daily IAM Operations:
Oversee the onboarding, offboarding, and access management processes for all employees, ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of 15 IAM professionals, including remote team members based in India

Automation and Optimization:
Identify opportunities for automation within IAM processes and implement solutions using tools like PowerShell and ServiceNow

Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve IAM processes to reduce turnaround times and increase efficiency

Compliance and Security:
Ensure all IAM activities comply with relevant regulations and security standards, such as HIPAA

Incident Management:
Address and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents promptly

Reporting and Metrics:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor IAM performance and automation impact

Qualifications:


Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IAM operations, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies (AD, Azure AD, Office 365).Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, and familiarity with ServiceNOW or similar automation tools.

Proven experience in leading and managing IAM teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of IAM-related regulatory requirements and standards.
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred QualificationsCertifications:
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or

Microsoft Certified:
Identity and Access Administrator Associate

Project Management:
