What You'll Bring:


We are seeking a Senior Director who will lead and implement TransUnion's strategy to establish a global people operations framework, organization, and technology platform that delivers an employee and manager centric, high quality, consistent and scalable experience.


The ideal candidate is responsible for leading and managing the employee and manager inquiry process, the annual employee-life cycle operations in support of the HR global operating model, and the development of new people-related systems, processes, and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals and strategic objectives and in line with TU's operating principles.

Experience running a global people services team for 5-10 years

Implemented a global people services organization, developed a strategy or implemented a transformation program within the global people services space

Process oriented and KPI driven; six sigma experience preferred

Developed and managed front line HR representatives

Influenced executives to front line management

Change management experience

Understands Dovetail and Workday or comparable systems


This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.


Impact You'll Make:
Strategic Intent and Leadership –


Global People Services has been identified as a key strategic pillar at TU; the leader will represent and own this pillar, working with executive stakeholder groups, influencing partners in technology, finance and payroll, and the HR Leadership Team.

The leader will also refine and reprioritize the strategy as well as track milestones and successes against the investment case.

Transformation Roadmap –


Global People Services is on an operational journey, transforming from geographic silos to a global team leveraging one common platform and unified ways of working.

The leader owns the execution of the journey, the leadership of the teams and the change management of the process.

Technology Enablement –


Global People Services leader partners closely with the HRIS team in enabling a seamless technology interface for associates, managers, and process partners.

In addition to a deep understanding of Workday, Global People Services is powered by Dovetail.

Dovetail manages cases across the people services team and is the central knowledge database for HR professionals and partners alike.

The leader is responsible for owning the Dovetail strategic roadmap and integrity of the system.

Process Efficiency –


This role will be a key identifier of enterprise people processes that can be done differently with continuous improvement or technology investment.

The leader, with the support of team resources, will have a mandate to continuously improve the employee and manager experience.

Talent Builder –


The Global People Services leader manages a large global organization and influences every aspect of the human resources function at TU.

Team building for collaboration, knowledge sharing and encouraging a continuous improvement mind set is critical to the success of the function, as is developing individual talent within the team to become well rounded HR professionals.

Scale

– As TransUnion continues to grow organically and via acquisition, the Global People Services team must scale to meet the increased headcount and volumes that enter the employee lifecycle system.
