Duties and Responsibilities for Guest Service Coordinator:

This position requires patience and empathy while interacting with our residents and providing excellent customer serviceWill be greeting and interacting with new admissions and taking care of tasks that are involved when they arrive at the facilityMaking rounds on the residents to ensure their needs are met (non-clinical)Assist the nursing staff during lunch time for the residents as neededOther duties assigned as necessary

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Guest Service Coordinator:

Previous Experience as a Guest Service Cooridnator preferred Long-Term Care and CNA experience preferred

OP
