Instrumentation and Controls Internship

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

KBR is looking for an Instrumentation and Controls Intern with direct supervision, to evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications. You will also assist in the design of larger and more complex assignments which involve conventional types of plans, investigations and surveys with relatively few complex features for which there are precedents.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Chemical or electrical engineering bachelor's degree.
  • ABET Certified Degree program.
  • FE exam already passed is a plus, any safety or PSM training is a plus.
  • Instrumentation experience is preferred.
