SoC Silicon Reliability Engineer

Role Overview:
- Contribute to crafting and building advanced processor and system-on-chip (SoC) technology at Apple
- Work alongside a team dedicated to enabling customers to fully enjoy their Apple devices
- Embrace a culture of innovation and technological advancement
Responsibilities:
- Lead SoC product, process, and package qualification and reliability tests
- Conduct failure analysis during product or package qualification
- Apply industry quality standards and ensure adherence to protocols
- Utilize expertise in silicon and packaging technologies to address reliability issues
- Facilitate PCN or ECN activities
- Drive ongoing quality enhancement initiatives in collaboration with suppliers
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in SoC reliability engineering and testing
- Familiarity with Qualification preparation processes
- Proficiency in setting up various testing procedures such as HTOL, ESD, and Latch-Up tests
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of industry experience
- Expertise in Device Reliability Failure Analysis
- Track record of addressing process reliability issues with foundries
Compensation and Benefits:
- Apple offers a competitive compensation package with base pay ranging from $170,700 to $300,200, dependent on individual qualifications and experience.
