Are you an experienced Quality Control Specialist who is a whiz at fast and accurate data entry? Our client in Beaverton is looking for someone that is responsible for checking print quality, stock, and coloration. You will ensure that checks and other printed documents are accurate and meet specifications. In this role, you will validate that the number of documents match compared to the print provided, and reconcile and endorse final counts for handwork, Mail Center and the Overnight work orders used for document insertion and mail processing. Data entry experience on resume is required.

salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 5 PM - 1:30 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining set quality standards and company SOP's
  • Read and understand work order completely.
  • Visually inspect all work order materials against job specifications and report all problems to supervisor / management.
  • Comply with all company and postal service requirements.
  • Handling job related materials
  • Communicating effectively with all appropriate personnel
  • Maintaining quantity counts
  • Maintain document confidentiality.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.
The essential functions of this role include:
