  • Resolve inquiries and disputes related to commission and bonus payments
  • Maintain system updates for changes in compensation plans and personnel
  • Assist in creating compensation plans for new hires and updating existing ones
  • Ensure detailed records are kept for compliance and perform periodic reviews for improvement
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of attainment targets and investigate as needed
  • Additional assigned duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
