Warehouse Lead

Location: Auburn, NH

Level: Hourly/Experience Required

The Warehouse Lead role involves various responsibilities in shipping, receiving, handling, and managing inventory stock.

Hours are typically Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM, subject to change based on business needs.

This position may involve frequent travel within New England.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Issuing supplies, materials, and equipment to C Squared Employees; pre-picking stock items from multi-level racking based on Work Order documents; completing all necessary paperwork for stock items issued.
  • Receiving delivered supplies, materials, and equipment; confirming that goods match purchase order specifications; completing all necessary paperwork for stock items received.
  • Utilizing computer systems to account for inventory accurately.
  • Coordinating, overseeing, and conducting weekly cycle counts.
  • Producing and analyzing reports on inventory discrepancies.
  • Organizing and maintaining warehouse area for efficient storage and handling of material.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe facility environment.
  • Operating forklifts, vehicles, and equipment; maintaining equipment as needed.
  • Delivering materials to job sites across New England.
  • Restocking and consolidating materials accurately.
  • Working collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
  • Ensuring Test Equipment is well-maintained, in good condition, and up-to-date on calibrations.
  • Identifying and resolving facilities maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinating and completing preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles promptly.
  • Assisting with RMA processing in collaboration with other departments.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • High School diploma and two (2) years of experience in computer-aided warehousing operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One (1) year of forklift operation experience.
  • Must have a valid Driver License.
  • Required to obtain OSHA Forklift Certification within four months of hire.
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices and tools, computer terminal operation.
  • Understanding of safety precautions for equipment operation and material handling.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and vendors; organizing items efficiently.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office.
