Job Title: Exciting Opportunity as a Residential Counselor - Immediate Start at $21/hr

Client's Hourly Rate
* $21/hr. Payment varies based on experience, education, availability, and skills.

Summary of the Opportunity
  • Provide care and assistance to adults facing developmental disabilities and mental health or medical challenges in a residential environment.
  • Offer guidance in personal care, community living, communication, and socialization skills.
  • Execute activities and objectives tailored to each individual to foster a supportive atmosphere.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and reports meeting all State and federal standards.
Client's Required Experience & Education
  • Minimum one year of experience working with adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities in a healthcare setting.
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to acquire and uphold First Aid/CPR and other necessary certifications.
  • Must hold a valid Driver's License for resident transportation.
