Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with physicians, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) delivers comprehensive care to patients, conducts physical examinations, orders diagnostic tests, and manages common illnesses across all age groups.
  • Assists in admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Makes referrals to specialists and community agencies.
  • Participates in quality assurance and improvement programs.
  • Develops care plans in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provides specialized care for critically ill patients and emergency situations.
  • Ensures standards of care, quality certifications, and program representation.

We offer an Education Benefit program that provides debt relief and student loan assistance for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days of employment. Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Master's in Nursing from an accredited program.

Three years of clinical experience in a specialty area.

Valid RN license.

Registered as a nurse practitioner.

National certification in NP area.

Current American Heart Association Basic and Advanced Life Support certifications.

Specialty certification if required, obtainable within 18 months.

Pay Range

$59.37 - $59.37 per hour
