In this role you will:
  • Enhance safety, quality, and productivity by eliminating defects, executing loss-saving initiatives, and building team capabilities
  • Lead the Commissioning, Qualification, and Verification process for new projects
  • Foster a high-performance work culture through coaching and problem-solving
  • Develop expertise in manufacturing processes and provide technical support
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of zero losses
  • Own a key element in safety and/or quality
  • Participate in training programs and ensure data reliability
  • Organize and prioritize initiatives to support the department's goals
  • Stay updated on new technologies and ingredients

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing/engineering experience
  • Proven ability to learn technical processes and systems
  • Experience with formal problem-solving methodologies
Preferred additional skills:
  • Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing
  • Skills in project management and technical problem-solving
