This full-time role for a Sales Specialist is conveniently located in Irving - Las Colinas right off Hwy 114. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for working leads, setting daily/weekly & monthly goals, discussing the benefits of insurance and financial service products, cultivating relationships with customers, identifying & uncovering additional customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also collaborate with team members to develop and execute sales methodologies, role play, and develop word tracks suitable for achieving goals.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to invest in your development & this career.
  • Must obtain at least one Insurance License prior to starting. Two are preferred. (1. Property & Casualty License and/or 2. Life & Health License) - exam materials & license fee reimbursable. Bonus available for passing exams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Comfortable with a compensation structure that is primarily commission based.
  • Experience in sales (preferred, not required)
  • Friendly, warm, sincere, outgoing personality.
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills - ability to build genuine relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills and influential communication: ability to identify & uncover needs through impactful questions
  • Ability to demonstrate sincerity and a genuine interest in helping others protect themselves from every day risks
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products - willingness to learn more about the industry & product offerings.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
