About the Role:
- Be part of the pioneering team at BlueOval Battery Park in Glendale, Kentucky, and contribute to launching this innovative facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily and weekly production scheduling for final, sub-assembly, and machining operationsUtilization of Enterprise Resource System (ERP) Inventory Management System for effective inventory managementCoordination of shipments, tracking shipping status, and managing change control functionsSupporting quality standards and manufacturing capacity requirementsManaging inventory cycle counts and ensuring accuracyAssisting in plant cycle schedule and count confirmationResponding to schedule changes and supporting supply chain operations
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in Material Planning and LogisticsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in computer applicationsExperience with Common Manufacturing Management System (CMMS) or similar ERPAbility to work independently and make quick decisionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to adapt to changing demandsAbility to demonstrate leadership qualities
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related fieldExperience in plant operationsKnowledge of Ford Production System (lean manufacturing) is a plus
