Whether you are in the discovery sciences, ensuring drug safety and efficacy or supporting clinical trials, you will apply cutting edge design and process development capabilities to accelerate and bring the best in class medicines to patients around the world.

What You Will Achieve

You will participate in pre-clinical oncology drug discovery and development projects, with a focus on ADC Discovery.

You will apply analytical chemistry principals, biological techniques, and biochemical understanding to deepen our knowledge of how payloads are released from ADCs, as well as how unconjugated payloads behave in biological systems and matrices.

You will be responsible for working with project teams to design, plan and execute an analytical and chemical biology strategy, commensurate with each projects stage, to provide data and interpretations that enable efficient and effective decision-making regarding linker payload characteristics.

You will provide technical and scientific expertise to continue to grow our small molecule mass spectrometry capabilities and lead the development of new and improved techniques for their characterization, with efficiency and speed.

You will also participate in collaborative, cross-functional teams to enable cancer therapeutic development and aid in exploring scientific questions surrounding the role of the payload in antibody-based therapeutic activity and behavior.

How You Will Achieve It

Develop novel LC and MS methods for quantitative and qualitative analysis of small molecules of different therapeutic classes.

Design, optimize, execute, troubleshoot, and interpret experiments to analyze and quantify small molecules released from ADCs in fit-for-purpose biological matrices and systems.
