Job Description


HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Finance Manager Deputy in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.


Positions will be based at global Army training site in Orlando, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Ensures accurate financial oversight and manages financial reporting. This role ensures clarity in financial communication and invoicing requirements and contributes to the MSRs. Compiles detailed financial reports and monitors monthly expenditures and labor hours. Supports TDP preparation and forecasts cost estimates and labor hours by category for precise budget consideration. Within the PMP, the Finance Manager Deputy articulates a financial approach, focusing on methodologies for ongoing cost performance improvement. Identifies strategies for effective financial planning, including option year and task order closeout.

Ensures cost-effective decision-making and implements continuous financial strategies such as ETC and EAC to drive fiscal excellence throughout the contract's lifecycle.


Minimum Qualifications


6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.

May be required to visit job site in an industrial or shipboard environment. Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level.
