  • Assisting guests with beverage preparation and serving in a timely manner
  • Engaging with guests to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction
  • Having in-depth knowledge of menu offerings and standard drinks to assist guests in making choices
  • Adhering to Bishop's Lodge / Forbes standards within the Bar and Restaurant outlets
  • Increasing F&B sales by being well-versed in drinks, cocktails, specials, and prices
  • Efficiently taking orders, inputting them accurately, and handling billing
  • Maintaining bar equipment, stocking bar supplies, and ensuring a safe environment
  • Following safe food handling procedures and guidelines
  • Hourly rate: $30

Qualifications

  • 1 year experience as a Bartender in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine; experience in luxury hospitality is a plus
  • Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol
  • Professional demeanor, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to obtain required certifications related to the position
  • Weekend availability is a must
