What you need to qualify

Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR

An Associate's degree in any field; OR

An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential attributes

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience utilizing time management, and prioritization skills to track and complete tasks.
  • Experience listening to and understanding people's values, needs, desires, and even their trauma-responses.
  • Experience conducting work that requires attention to detail and sound decision making, particularly when creating or reviewing documents.
  • Experience maintaining calendars, to include scheduling.
  • Demonstrated ability to input, maintain, and retrieve data from different computer programs.
  • Previous Administrative experience with working knowledge of office procedures.
