Requirements:


* 2-5+ years of experience in Estate Planning and/or Probate.


* Self-motivated.


* Strong organizational and time management skills.


* Being responsive to clients when they call or email.


* Timely reporting to clients on the progress of their cases.


* Accurately, timely, and ethically recording your time for billing.


* Working to better our firm and your work environment.


* Technologically confident, comfortable using case management systems and effectively utilizing available technology.


* Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.


* Eager to learn and grow in a respectful upbeat environment.


Salary and Bonus Pay: $120,000+. Consists of annual base salary; structured production bonuses; year-end bonus potential; flexibility of your workspace and location; This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys ready to build and manage their own caseloads while collaborating with the firm's partners and colleagues to develop the best strategies for clients.
