This position is available for the 2nd/3rd shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect building structures to identify functional systems and detect malfunctions requiring repair
  • Conduct minor electrical maintenance, including fixture replacement and repair
  • Perform minor plumbing maintenance and repairs
  • Execute minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work
  • Install and rearrange modular offices and space to meet user needs
  • Prepare surfaces and paint various structures and equipment
  • Take care of outside building maintenance, including clearing tree branches
  • Handle chemical waste disposal and maintain safety guidelines
  • Coordinate with external vendors as necessary
  • Maintain the alarm system
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Capable of using common and correct tools safely
  • Forklift certified
  • Comfortable working with various office equipment
  • Awareness of safety issues and application of corrective actions
