Essential Duties:
  • Develop, enforce, and monitor effective parts department processes for superior customer satisfaction
  • Promote parts and accessories in coordination with other store locations
  • Establish annual goals and budget aligned with organizational objectives
  • Create and execute a marketing plan for the parts department
  • Maintain accurate parts inventory control
  • Handle parts warranty and return claims promptly
  • Optimize order discount programs
  • Ensure proper maintenance of department equipment and vehicles
  • Manage recruitment, staffing, and employee development
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Physical ability to carry out tasks required for the role
  • Knowledge of farm and turf equipment desirable
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Proficiency in analyzing internal reports
  • Understanding of financial principles related to parts department operations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior leadership and parts department experience
  • High school diploma or GED
