The Shipping/Receiving Clerk verifies all loads and prepares the necessary paperwork for all incoming and outgoing shipments at our Chicago locations

Duties and Responsibilities:

Verifies paperwork for all incoming and outgoing loads

Prepares tags for all incoming material

Completes load sheet for shipments

Generates a Bill of Lading for all shipments

Schedules all trucks on a daily basis

Scan necessary paperwork into AX system

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Detail oriented

Strong data entry skills

Ability to navigate multiple PC windows

Strong communication skills

Strong Outlook skills

Basic math skills in multiplication and division.

Strong organizational skills
