Calibration Technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to join our team.

The Calibration Technician will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and precision of various types of equipment used in manufacturing processes.

We have level 1, 2, and 3 positions available depending on experience.

All shifts are available and there is optional overtime.

Duties:

  • Perform calibration and testing on a variety of equipment including hydraulics, low voltage systems, CNC machines, and distributed control systems
  • Conduct field service visits to client sites for calibration and maintenance tasks
  • Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and AutoCAD software to perform calibrations
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
  • Document calibration procedures and results accurately
  • Familiarity with Calypso software for coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) is a plus

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in calibration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, low voltage systems, CNC machinery, and distributed control systems
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD for technical drawings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Military experience in a technical field is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using tools such as ohmmeters and CMM software like Calypso

Pay:
$ $75.00 per hour
