The Warehouse Associate is responsible to perform various warehouse duties and order processing activities, including pulling and packaging product, loading and unloading trucks, and operating various equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Pick, package and ship orders accurately.
- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
- Examine incoming and outgoing shipments; examine for defects, and damage.
- Check, verify and fill customer invoices accurately.
- Perform physical inventory and cycle counts.
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize; warehousing procedures.
- Clean and organize warehouse daily, including inventory and space.
- Report any safety concerns to Warehouse Management.
- Manage quality sampling program to Shell and Company Standards.
- Create a culture of safety via a behavior based safety program whereby employees own their safety.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma.
- Proven warehouse experience.
- Ability to operate forklift, hand truck and pallet jack.
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system.
- Ability to lift or move heavy products.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
