Responsibilities of a Service Manager:

  • Improve Service Department efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction, boost sales, and control costs.

  • Recruit, train, and retain talented individuals.
  • Organize customer events and handle service dispute resolutions.

  • Timely submission of warranty claims and upkeep of service facilities.
  • Carry out assigned responsibilities diligently.

Qualifications for a Service Manager:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in service repairs.
  • High School diploma/GED is a must (Associates/Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Thorough understanding of agricultural equipment technology.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication, mathematical, and analytical abilities.
  • Proven skills in team building and leadership.
