2+ years of proven experience in various aspects of Project/Program management
2-4 years relevant experience in biotechnology, life sciences, pharmaceutical or medically related field
2-4 years of leadership experience or equivalent combination of management experience.
Proficiency in project management principles, practices, and tools such as MS Project (Gantt charts) is required
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Experience with the preparation of reports and/or presentations/communications via presentation tools such as PowerPoint, project dashboards and written reports
Ability to work with large data sets and to integrate data across various reports.

Working Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate (i.e. business office with computers, phone, printers, and light traffic). The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.
This role will also require site visits to client facilities.
