Key Responsibilities:

- Management of capital project planning, design, and construction processes
- Effective communication with senior management and stakeholders
- Ensuring utilization of Preferred Provider Network (PPN)
- Maintaining compliance with regulations and requirements
- Managing project budgets and schedules
- Providing project communication support
- Leading problem-solving and implementation of recommendations
- Contributing to team efforts and promoting organizational processes

Requirements:

- 5+ years of leadership in Hospital Planning, Design, and IT Infrastructure projects
- Experience with construction project management
- Knowledge of project budgets and control
- Ability to work in an acute healthcare environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Information Systems, or Construction Management

Preferred Experience:

- Previous success in hospital construction or IT infrastructure projects of $5 million or more
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Training in Lean Process Improvement, Change Management, and Sustainable Practices

Additional Training Required:

- California OSHPD Experience
- Experience in coordination with State and Regulatory Agencies in Healthcare Construction
